Life coaching focuses on the present and future—helping you set goals, overcome obstacles, and create a life that feels aligned with who you are. Unlike therapy, coaching doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It’s about forward momentum, not healing the past.
I work with people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for more out of life. Whether they’re navigating a transition, recovering from burnout, or just craving something deeper and more joyful.
It’s a relaxed, 20–30 minute conversation to get to know each other. You’ll share a bit about where you’re at, what you’re looking for, and I’ll answer any questions you have about coaching. There’s no pressure to commit -- Just a chance to see if it feels like a great fit.
No problem! I offer single Breakthrough Sessions as well -- great for gaining clarity or navigating a specific challenge. You can always start small and grow from there.
All sessions are 1-on-1 and held virtually via Google Meet. We’ll meet weekly or as planned for 60 minutes, and you’ll also have email or chat support between sessions for encouragement, check-ins, or guidance.
It’s my signature 3-month coaching journey, designed to help you reconnect with yourself, rediscover joy, and build a fulfilling life. You’ll receive 12 weekly sessions, personalized reflection exercises, ongoing support, and a final Happiness Blueprint you can carry forward.
Just come with an open heart and a willingness to explore. After your first session, I’ll guide you through everything -- we move at your pace.
